How it Works

Many great philosophers have spoken of and used energy, Einstein, Stahl and Newton, to name but a few.  They recognised that there is a flow of energy radiating through our universe and spent many years trying to prove its existence.  With the advancement of science and new techniques we are able to begin to measure and even photograph this energy.  In Bio-Energy we’re working with this flow of energy through the human body which we call your Aura or your electromagnetic field.

Your Aura is a fusion of two forms of energy.  The first of these is Cosmic Energy which flows downwards from the Cosmos (ie. space, stars, planets, sun, moon…) and the second is Earth Energy which flows upwards from our own planet.  These two flows of energy meet around our heart area and together they form our life-force energy.

In our body we have 7 main energy centers known as chakras.  These chakras work to transform energy to the level required by the body at that point.  Each of these chakras nourishes a particular part of the physical body.  If the chakra is not functioning properly the energy at that point in the body becomes stuck and cannot feed the physical body thus allowing ailments or disease to manifest.  The mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives can also be affected.

During a Bio-Energy therapy session the therapist will carry out a series of hand movements which are devised to release energy blockages and help the energy field find balance again.  This activates the bodies own healing process and helps the client to recover from their ailment and bring about a completely new level of wellness.
